DWW Engineering detailed and fabricated a ferry terminal aluminium gangway for the upgrade of the West End CityCat terminal for Brisbane City Council. The project involved producing a new 23 m span gangway built from heavy structural marine-grade aluminium sections to suit the operational marine environment.
Our team completed full workshop drawings from the engineering design, sourced materials, and fabricated the gangway to the required tolerances. We also carried out NDE testing to client requirements before delivering the finished gangway to site for crane installation.
