Scope of Work: Design and fabricate tanks, platform and pipework
Key Elements: Fabrication of 8 off new oil storage tanks, a blending kettle and distribution manifold pipework
DWW supplied 6 off new 50,000 Litre Storage Tanks, 2 off 35,000 Litre Batch Tanks and a 35,000 Litre Blend Kettle to an existing oil processing facility. The tanks were designed and detailed in-house. We had to incorporate the restrictions caused by restricted height and space, client processes and AS standard requirements
- Design and certify new tanks for oil blending and storage
- Design and certify a new access platform and pipe distribution manifold
- Create workshop fabrication drawings
- Fabricate, paint and deliver tanks to clients site
