DWW Engineering supplied an aluminium walkway package for the Newcastle Tug Base, including aluminium walkways and a 15 m aluminium gangway to provide safe access to the tug docking dolphins. The scope also included access ramps, an intermediate platform, and headstock pipe supports to suit the existing facility layout and operational requirements.
Our team designed, certified and fabricated the system as a coordinated package, ensuring interfaces aligned across the gangway, platforms and supports for straightforward installation and reliable day-to-day access in a marine environment.
