Lattice Tower Project
DWW Engineering was engaged to fabricate a lattice tower and support beams for a substation in Brisbane that is expanding to accommodate a new Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) being installed nearby.
The substation provides an essential switching service for the transfer of energy loads between Central and Southwest Queensland to Southeast Queensland, as well providing power to northern Brisbane and the CBD.
With extensive experience fabricating steel structures for the power industry, DWW Engineering ensured the manufacture of the lattice tower and beam met stringent quality control and project criteria required.
