Custom Pumpwell Formwork

Scope of Work: Custom pumpwell formwork for residential sewage infrastructure

Key Elements: 5.5 m internal diameter, 6.3 m external diameter, two 1.5 m-high sections, workshop trial assembly and transport-ready delivery

Pumpwell Formwork made from steel on fabrication floor at workshop

Project Details

DWW Engineering delivered custom pumpwell formwork for a residential sewage infrastructure project, producing a large steel form designed to suit the client’s site and construction requirements.

The formwork measured 5.5 m internal diameter and 6.3 m external diameter. To simplify transport, handling and on-site assembly, we fabricated the structure in two sections, each 1.5 m high.

Our team managed the engineering, fabrication, trial assembly and packaging. We checked all components for fit at our Darra workshop before dispatch, helping ensure the formwork arrived ready for use and reducing the risk of site rework.
