Cable Stayed Bridge – Berrinba Wetlands
Project: 72 m cable stayed bridge
Key Elements: Fabrication of the main long-span bridge and four pedestrian bridges ranging from 10 m to 25 m
Project Details
DWW Engineering completed the fabrication of a 72 m cable stayed bridge for Berrinba Wetlands, along with four smaller pedestrian bridges ranging from 10 m to 25 m in length.
The main bridge required the fabrication of large structural components, towers and cable-supporting elements to suit the long-span design. The additional pedestrian bridges formed part of the wider access network through the wetlands, creating connected routes for community use.
