Pedestrian Bridge – Emerald
Scope of Work: A 20Mtr x 2.5Mtr Cycle bridge
Key Elements: To design, fabricate, paint and install.
The bridge was a typical steel Warren truss design, with timber decking and combined handrail/balustrade panel. The bridge had a painted finish with the rails being hot dip galvanised. DWW also supplied the designs for the abutments that were used to support the bridge.
- Design and RPEQ certify a 22 x 2m bridge including abutment designs
- Create detailed fabrication workshop drawings
- Protective coat the steelwork in a combination of HDG and anti-graffiti paint systems
