Pedestrian Bridge – Emerald
Scope of Work: Design and fabricate a 22 m x 2 m steel truss pedestrian bridge
Key Elements: Warren Truss design, timber deck, RPEQ certification and protective coating
Project Details
DWW Engineering designed, fabricated and supplied a steel truss pedestrian bridge for Emerald, delivering a 22 m x 2 m crossing with timber decking and combined handrail and balustrade panels.
The bridge used DWW’s Warren Truss design and included detailed abutment design as part of the scope. We completed RPEQ certification, produced fabrication workshop drawings, and applied a protective finish combining hot dip galvanising and an anti-graffiti paint system. The finished bridge was then delivered for installation on site.
